Book folding Workshop with Marsha Dermot-Williams
Make one 3D model (a hedgehog or a chicken), also make a traditional/standard book fold, like ‘Love’ or maybe an initial. Used books, any decorative papers, ribbon – everything you need to finish the project at home – will be provided. *Bring pair of medium size paper scissors if possible.There will be lots of information so that you can take this wonderful hobby further!

Enamelling on copper with Katie Sanderson
Make your own kiln fired enamelled creations, these may include pendants, earrings, brooches, key rings, and pictures all taken home the same day. With step-by-step guidance and tuition Katie will demonstrate each stage as you progress, and offer one-to-one guidance where appropriate. Everyone will come away with at least 2 completed pieces.

Linocut – June 16th, Thursday 10 – 2. £65
Linocut is a relief print where a design is carved into the surface of the lino, ink is rolled onto the raised areas & printed on a press or by hand. At the end of the workshop, you will take home an edition of your own unique print. If possible bring a *design (drawing, photograph, image from the internet) to work from, ideally 15x10cm to fit the piece of lino we will be using.
Collagraph – July 19th, Tuesday 10 – 2. £65
Collagraph is a print made from a board, collaged with different materials & textures & printed on an etching press. At the end of the workshop, you will take home an edition of your own unique print. Please bring a *design (simple sketch, photograph, image from the internet) to work from, around postcard size (or slightly bigger/smaller) to fit the pieces of board we will be using.
Cut Flower Workshop with Margie from May Hill Flowers
Join Margie for a relaxed session learning how to prepare and create a hand tied bouquet of beautiful flowers and foliage, to take home or give to a friend. You will use the best seasonal flowers and foliage from Margie’s plot on May Hill, all grown sustainably without the use of peat or any chemicals. If possible please bring some *secateurs, flower snippers if you have some.

Make Your Own Sterling Silver Spinner Ring with Wendy Murphy
Learn artisan silversmithing techniques and a little of the history of silver and hallmarking. Add one or two spinning rings to a main shank, choosing from a selection of designs. You can use bobble or twisted wire or create a faceted look on any or all of your spinner rings – this is where you can get creative!
Saturday August 6th 10 – 4pm. £95.
All workshops are led by experienced tutors, aimed at all abilities so suitable for complete beginners or those who would like to progress.
